4th Grade May 6-10th

In math we are still reviewing for the end of year test. Students will be taking their math tests on Wednesday May 8^th and Thursday May 9^th. I have given students the opportunity to become teachers. I have put them in small groups and given them a reviewing concept to teach. They have prepared their lessons, and this week they are teaching their 10-minute lessons to each of the other groups in the class. I have been impressed by many of the students at how hard they are working at teaching their classmates! Also, this week I will be giving students an opportunity to retake the Time and Probability tests if students wish to retake this. Please check Skyward and encourage your student to retake the test if you are not pleased with their score. Please also make sure that students turn in all of their missing assignments. All missing assignments are due on Monday May 20^th. 4^th grade will be having a kickball reward party for all students who have no more missing assignments on that day. Lastly, we have started learning our dance for Dance Festival. It is a fun partnered boy/girl dance. Please help students to understand that this is just a dance and not to complain about their partner.
